We ship daily from Monday to Friday within 24-48h (or a bit longer depending on our workload).
Discreet shipping is offered as our default and is not an additional service. Please do not ask for it. We offer tracked shipping to the US.
The delivery times listed below are guidelines only as we have no influence over them.
PostNL manages all mail in origin and the local post service in destination.
Replacements and returns
We offer one free replacement shipping for tracked orders if the order is lost due to transit problems. Undelivered orders due to customs, tax, import duties, or any other circumstances will not be re-shipped. Orders to invalid addresses will not be re-shipped. US orders can not be re-shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All orders are final.
Returned letters sent through UPS have a cost associated, so the customer will have to cover it in order to have a replacement or voucher code.
